Master Data Analyst - 1st Shift

1st Shift, 8am – 5:30pm, M-F

Purpose:  Create, analyze, maintain, communicate and sustain high quality data for adidas Indy system applications. Provide daily flexibility and speed for internal and external customer’s data requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages integrity of the Material Master data within the US ERP system
  • Provides guidance to other functional areas on improving quality of upstream/downstream data
  • Maintains a consistent high level of interface and collaboration with business areas
  • Performs ad-hoc SAP Material Master Data Error Correction
  • Responsible for manual item set-up in Material Master
  • Ensure timely UPC assignments; resolves issues
  • Future assist Marketing teams on issues encountered with Marketing systems
  • Lead and/or assist on various projects
  • Upload Master Data Changes to ILA for Factories
  • Reprocess Interface Errors in SAP
  • Transaction Error Push in SAP
  • Manage third party vendor set-up, and article creation/data flow
  • Partner with IT on new data functionality testing
  • Communicate new data requirements

  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analysis and problem-solving skills

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 4 year degree from a college or university or 2 years previous master data experience
